1. An idea of a delivery date would have been helpful.
2. Some filler has been used to mend a split near the bottom rung. While the filler may have been necessary it is disappointing that it has not been sanded down so the effect is rough and unsightly.
3. There are black felt tip marks on the ladder. These are very unsightly. Carpenter's marks would have been a better choice.

I would have liked to have had a note from customer service to tell me that something was missing from the order, instead of waiting several days without any news, and for me to be the one to call to find out the reasons for the delay.
