It's a pity that the deliverers weren't serious: the first one broke, and the second one didn't want us to open the parcel before receiving it. The only thing I have against Tompress is the fact that they don't make separate deliveries when the lead time for an item is abnormally long. They don't warn us either. So we wait and after a few weeks we have to write or call them to find out what's going on.
