We would like to inform you that our services were exceptionally closed for summer holidays from July 14 to July 20 inclusive. This information was communicated on our site. During this period, we unfortunately could not process return requests instantly.
Upon our return on Monday, July 21, we resumed processing all requests, including return forms. We have of course taken into account the 7 days of our closure: your 14-day return period will be adjusted accordingly so as not to penalize you.
