I received my order. Unfortunately, the jeans I ordered were too big (size 36). I followed the instructions to order size 34. I returned the item in size 36. Since then, I haven't received any new items or parcels...

I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I bought 3 pants and returned 2. It didn't seem very normal to me.

It goes

Order received on time but sent back because one item was too small and the other badly cut on the right leg.

The jeans are great, but the delivery service with DPD is terrible. You should consider using a different delivery service so that you get the parcel delivered properly and don't have to run after it. Therefore only 3 stars.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants and a gift. I only received one of the two... so I sent an e-mail complaining, which was answered quickly. They sent me back my second pair of pants but not the gift. It's not serious, but I'm still disappointed :/

Order process etc. was great, but the parcel arrived slightly opened and 1 part of the order was not (or no longer) inside. Therefore acceptance refused. Further process still unclear...

I usually wear a size 42. And the 42 Toxik is way too small. Too bad, it's the biggest size there is.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the tote bag promised with my order.

One pair of jeans came in the wrong size, the rest too big. The return process is not so smooth.

The jeans are beautiful but I encountered logistical problems. I received another size than the one I ordered. And in the same week, I place another order, the size was available and I receive an email saying that it is no longer available ... A little disappointed but I will continue to order on their site because it is quality.

I'm disappointed, no 46 for some jeans, like the Atik metallic coated jeans.

The first pair of jeans I bought before blackfriday were impeccable, but the 2nd pair I bought during the blackfriday promotion were of poor quality (especially the button and zipper), so I'm going to return them.

Lack of detail and speed in processing the order.

I discovered this denim brand in a village store. I was immediately won over. So I went to the website to find the same pair. I thought I'd found it on the basis of shape and composition, as I no longer had the original label. But once I received it, the composition of the jeans on the label didn't match the description on the website. Next time I'll check before washing.

The sizes differ from one product to another and I end up with one pair of pants out of three that is too small. No reply to my e-mail.

I placed an order and my package still hasn't arrived! It would be lost and they have to send me another one. I find that this delivery takes an enormous amount of time.

Very comfortable pants that fit very well, but the waistband button broke after 3 uses - too bad.

I ordered from this site thinking I'd pay less than through an intermediary store... but I'm disappointed to have paid 50 euros for jeans (initial price 55 but I got 10% for my first order) when I found the same pants, with the same reference in a store at 32.99. The difference is just enormous. Otherwise, they're pleasant to wear and fit well.
