Order received with wrong pentalons; I ordered 3 pentalons size 44 and received 4 pentalons size 38-40! I had to wait 40 minutes at the relay point to receive the package AND all for the wrong items! I'll send it to you right away!
Order never received !!!!Mail sent on 16.november to tell me that my parcel arrived on 7!!!!! And not even able to give the code to retrieve it. So the.package.was.returned!!! But they were able to collect the money !!!! I'm waiting for my refund of almost 90euros!!!!

The brand should bear in mind that a disappointed customer who doesn't feel listened to and for whom no solution is provided is a lost customer. A customer for whom the brand makes an effort when he encounters a problem is a customer who will come back to place around 5 orders a year! But unfortunately, the brand has chosen to leave its customers on the sidelines! Too bad for them! Fortunately, there are other brands that have decided to put customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do!

Read the terms and conditions carefully before making a second exchange! Because this return is at your expense ... You are provided with a return label, but your refund is charged (in my case of 6) and those without explanation.I had to ask why a partial refund ... and there I knew why.In addition, the sizes do not correspond at all to reality and are uneven.Return and refund very long.Personally, I will no longer recommend this site.
I placed a large order (8 jeans) on the Toxik3 website. After trying them on, only 2 fit and I sent back the 6 jeans I didn't want to keep (free return, they provide me with a Mondial Relay delivery note). Today, I've only been reimbursed for part of my return because they tell me they only received 4 jeans in this parcel and not 6. I obviously have no way of proving the contents of my parcel. And they don't seem to think that there could have been a mistake in their warehouse or with their logistics department. So it's all on me, without any justification or proof. It's theft, pure and simple. I'm still waiting, with great hope, for them to refund the rest of my return.

I bought 2 pairs of push-up jeans on their site, one of the 2 is already torn after a month at the back pockets, you can see on the photos I sent them that it's from the stitching, probably a manufacturing defect, I haven't worn them out in 1 month or worn them every day, the other pair has nothing wrong with it and yet it's the same jeans, just a different color, they didn't want to change it for me, it's my fault, they said, I pulled too hard on them lol, who are they kidding? I'm very disappointed, I won't be ordering again because the jeans are 49.90 and of poor quality, they just offered me a 30% discount but I don't want to buy another item if it's going to look the same as the jeans! I'd rather go elsewhere....

I need to get back to you but it's impossible to get in touch with this company. I've had no reply since I received it around December 13, 2022.
I couldn't get the extra -10% on my order and the grey pants have an addict that I've only seen once worn.
I can't say because I still haven't received my parcel, which was due to arrive on Saturday September 17 at the latest.

Frankly, I don't understand. I take all my pants in size 36 and there are 3 out of 5 that I can't even close.
One of the three pants was the wrong size. I returned it by mail, which cost me 11, coming from Belgium. I never got a refund.
Already an in-store customer, I wanted to order on the website, but was disappointed by the washes, which did not match the internet visual.
