I received my package while I was abroad. I came back, tried on the items and some do not fit. What a surprise to find out that the return deadline has passed! We are in July, a month of vacation for many people and no extension... I sent a message on 26/07 about this and still no response! Lack of seriousness or staff??

My order is taking too long

Order placed 10th June. Still not arrived but my card has been charged. No response from the retailer. Very bad customer service. Would not shop here again as I am out of pocket with no products

I am disappointed I cmded a jean's sold in 36 but too much so I sent back and registered in 34. In the meantime I sent an email to [email protected] for a 3β¬ refund but no answer so I ended up ordering the 34 because it was on sale and I was afraid I wouldn't get my size anymore. Otherwise disappointed because the return is not free.

Still haven't received anything
Very disappointed, the Toxik3 after-sales service is inexistent. Impossible to download the return form. I sent messages to the SClient, but no response from them. I want to exchange the items for smaller sizes, as I liked the pants.

S34 too big, fairly thin denim material that seems to be of very average quality, not worth the price.

The model you ordered is a jogg jean, designed with an ultra-stretch and soft material, precisely to offer the comfort of joggers while maintaining the appearance of jeans. It is therefore normal for the fabric to be thinner than classic denim: this is part of its characteristics.
This type of cut does not provide structured support, but rather a feeling of softness and freedom of movement, which can indeed give the impression of a slightly larger size if you are looking for a more fitted effect.

I have not received my parcel. It was sent to a parcel relay more than 35 km from the planned relay point. I called mondial relais, the parcel has still not been redirected to the relay at my home and the seller does nothing.... I had to ask for a refund via PayPal. That's a shame.
We are sincerely sorry for this bad experience. Unfortunately, despite our request to the Mondial Relay customer service, we cannot intervene directly on the parcel rerouting schedule, which limits our scope of action once the parcel is in transit.

I've never had to wait so long for a parcel!
We're sorry to hear that the delivery time was too long for you. We do our best to deliver in Belgium and we try to clearly indicate the Mondial Relay delivery time, which is between 5 and 7 working days (excluding weekends).
It is also important to take into account the internal processing time to prepare your parcel. For an order placed on Thursday, October 10, we entrusted your package to the carrier on Monday, October 14, as the Toxik3 team does not work at weekends.

I bought 3 pairs of jeans and returned one that didn't fit. I wore a pair of jeans one day after the first wash (one week after purchase) and realized that there was a seam defect. Numerous holes are forming. Despite my 7 emails. No answer to my problem! Automatic response: use item return, except that in my case, it doesn't work... Conclusion: jeans with holes... Very disappointed, first experience, I wouldn't buy again!
