I didn't receive the model I ordered, and when I came to exchange it, it was sold out. I didn't have the opportunity to choose another model, so I opted for a refund, but I won't be reimbursed for the shipping costs. I would have liked to be able to change the model without having to place a new order and pay the shipping costs again.

I find that between the order and delivery it's radio silence. I'm not used to that on other sites, they're more communicative.

Great jeans, no problems with sizing. So no returns so far. It's just the supposed free shipping. I'm not sure I got it on my last order. Too bad

When I received my parcel, it was the wrong size. Ordered a 38 and received a 36! Exchange request in progress, we'll see what happens next.

The delivery was late, and delivered to a 'delivery depot" where I had to collect the item - instead of the package being delivered to my home which was more convenient.

Disappointed by the push up side which is not push up.the jeans have no hold they slide and the cut of the lower leg is not like on the photos.the color also is not faithful to the photos, we expected red and not burgundy.

I always take the same size pants and this time the jeans I chose are too small, whereas the jeans I bought recently still fit. What's more, the quality of the fabric has nothing to do with it. What's the problem?

The cut of the jeans worn by the model on the website is different from the one I received. The back pockets are not in the same position, which makes a big difference! The quality of the fabric is good, but otherwise I received them earlier than expected.

Disappointed with the finish, some threads were protruding from the seams.

I have no complaints about the order, the shipping and the reception. The printed pants I ordered were beautiful, but unfortunately they were low-waisted, so I had to send them back. Too bad, I loved the material and the originality of the prints.

Unequal sizes. I had already ordered a pair of pants in 40 which were fine. I recommend a pair of jeans in size 40, but they're too small! As I had removed all the labels, convinced that they would fit, I was unable to return them.

Mondial relay is a long way from my home in a problematic area. i have no choice between different places to receive my parcel.

Delivery and return ok but in the adre of the return not possible to e hangar against another model because this one did not fit and so lost the promotional offer lord of the refund and so new order full pot.

HelloOrder of 3 identical pairs of pants in different colors. Order processed and delivered quickly.model and size good but too short! A precision on the size of the leg length would be useful and even a choice of leg length.

I ordered 2 pairs of high-waisted slim-fit pants in camel and green, I love this cut; unfortunately on one of them, the dyeing was wrong, the camel had stains so I had to send it back.

I ordered the same black ENDUIT jeans as in Feb 2022, same reference, but the one I received is matte, not a little shiny, so I'm disappointed, the quality control was faulty.
