Hello,
You contacted us on Tuesday, June 3rd, late in the morning to inform us that the code provided by Chronopost did not allow you to open the locker.
Chronopost informed us that the package, made available for pickup on Wednesday, May 28th at 10:00 AM, was available for 7 calendar days, until Tuesday, June 3rd at 10:00 AM.
The code therefore did not work because the deadline for picking up the package had expired. Out of understanding, we took care of the return of the package and, at our own expense, we sent you a new package, shipped on Friday, June 6th.
This new package will be available for pickup on Wednesday, June 11th.
Despite all our efforts to satisfy our customers and the financial impact we bear, this does not seem to have satisfied you. What more can we do, knowing that we cannot be held responsible for delivery services and packages picked up too late?
