Very pleased with the product I bought from Ultrasecure. And the customer service was top-notch - the fastest reply to a query I've ever received! The two parking posts I purchased are of top quality and look built to last. They arrived very quickly too, which was important as we were having a new driveway laid and needed the posts to arrive in good time so they could be cemented in place during the job.

Speed and efficiency was excellent, especially considering the Coronavirus context. Product itself was as expected but volume of siren is slightly disappointing.

FLASHING RED OR BLUE LED MAINS POWER FAILURE SYSTEM 008-1560 (RED) The unit was as described and arrived promptly. It has now been installed and is working perfectly. It is on the outside of my garage, visible from the house and is to inform us if our freezer loses power. My criticisms of the unit are minor. the box is hung on four keyhole slots, one at each corner. When installed it can be lifted free and I was concerned that it might dislodge in strong winds. i have used cable ties to make it more secure. It would have been better to simply have screw holes. Also, the lead is very short making it necessary to have or install a power point very close inside. Since normally a small hole is used to transmit the lead, installation involved having to disconnect the cable inside the unit and reconnect it once both were in place. Otherwise a hole large enough for the transformer to pass is required. Good unit, but a longer lead and maybe some easier disconnection!

Bought this as has a 600 meter range . Use it to monitor gateway into horses field and driveway on farm 350 m away and signal goes through two buildings .Most impressed would definitely recommend

I ordered some product and it was delivered exactly as promised and I was kept informed of progress all was great except the Instructions included with product did not match the item. I phoned them to get advice and got an answer machine onto which I left a message, After about 10 mins I had a return call from a really pleasant guy who gave me all the help I needed and sorted it out PDQ.
