I placed two orders with this company. The first was perfect but the second delivery was wrong. I contacted the supplier and the response was FANTASTIC. The Company took the trouble to phone me and to rectify the problem by arranging to swap the product the following day using their courier. Why can't all internet suppliers operate this swiftly and efficiently? A really brilliant example of customer service

Having purchased both Ultra Secure 3000E and Protect 800 since 2008 I have always been completely satisfied with the product.

The items are clearly detailed on the site, delivery to a relay point was quick, the material is well protected in its packaging and, after installation, it works perfectly well.

I contacted ultrasecure to verify some information on their website concerning a product I was interested in purchasing and they understood the product and reassured me that the product would do what I needed it to do. When the product arrived and I set it up (in about 15 minutes). It did exactly what I needed. So I am happy with the advice I got and also the product delivery and setup times.

Product conforms to the description, fast delivery

Delivered in fantastic time, a 24 hour service this far north usually takes a minimum of 48 hours. Ordered Friday and delivered on Monday all well packaged and sound. Will fit in the next few weeks, instructions look simple enough. Will definitely deal with again.

The instruction manual is a little ambiguous but apart from that 10 out of 10

I asked if I could mix and match their sensors to one of their lower cost receivers. They checked and confirmed it would, but then prior to shipping they paired the items as well. Excellent!

Careful delivery, communication with customer service impeccable, material (cameras, 4G router) of good quality, the guide (in French) could be more complete but customer service is attentive and responds quickly.

I am not on my first purchase with you, the material works perfectly and access to customer service by phone for advice is very responsive. However, I had a bad surprise, the alarm order received was on the same frequency as the one in place and the means for changing it is a bit complicated to implement to modify the frequency on each command and which each has its frequency in order to differentiate two areas to extend but close.
