The dummy cctv camera we purchased looks very realistic. My husband used a spare piece of cabling we had and attached it with the camera to the wall so it looks as though it's wired up properly. We didn't put batteries in after reading other reviews saying when lit up it wasn't convincing although I can't say whether that's true or not. We put up the cctv warning sign so the combo together should hopefully be the deterrent we require. Was easy enough to fit.

I have recently purchased a Battery GSM UltraDIAL Alarm with 2 x BT PIR's & Solar Siren. It arrived very well packaged and on time.
I had a couple of issues setting my alarm up due to not reading the instructions properly and contacted the technical department a couple of times. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and got me up and runing in no time at all.
Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

not particularly helpful pre purchase on the phone with reassurance and talking about setting up and deployment, but i went ahead and spent over £900 on a plug and play break beam system. have issues not being able to program the sim card myself and still not fixed. Eager to take my money, not so eager to fix my niggling problem. the system however is up and running and am happy with its function in our rural small holding

The shed alarm and camera I purchased was disappointing far as to say if the was an intruder the alarm it's self would not scare them off , the sounder is very quite ,overall disappointed with the product

Sorry you do not like the Siren on the Battery Camera, most customers actually use it in the Covert mode (with no siren) so that the Camera is not being focussed upon by an Intruder (allowing it to take the covert video), some customers would then use a seperate battery alarm so that that takes away any interest in the Camera. Because the device is battery powered it cannot have a big siren as the battery is also powering the Video.

The presentation of products on the site is clear. My contact for advice understood my issue well. The delivery time was longer than I had anticipated (but perhaps due to COVID-19). However, I did not understand (or did not read) that the detectors are delivered without support and I am looking for solutions. For the detectors at the ends, I have ideas, but for the central detector, I will not be able to install it. I will use it elsewhere, for another purpose.
