My old alarm had lasted over 20 years before it finally failed. Spent a lot of time looking for a replacement,but did not fancy setting one up to the router since we often switch it off. The ultrasecure The KP9 system was ideal. Having checked via email some of my final concerns the replied on the day with all the questions andwered. The alarm system was with me in 2 days and it was up working within the following 2 (I waited overnight before the final set up) It was straitforward with no problems. I forgot to link the bell to the control box bt it still works, I think they must have pre-programmed the parts. The alarm system works as stated, and so far no false alarms. The key hand held contols are very helpful. A very good and tidy system.

The items are clearly detailed on the site, delivery to a relay point was quick, the material is well protected in its packaging and, after installation, it works perfectly well.

I contacted ultrasecure to verify some information on their website concerning a product I was interested in purchasing and they understood the product and reassured me that the product would do what I needed it to do. When the product arrived and I set it up (in about 15 minutes). It did exactly what I needed. So I am happy with the advice I got and also the product delivery and setup times.

Product conforms to the description, fast delivery

Delivered in fantastic time, a 24 hour service this far north usually takes a minimum of 48 hours. Ordered Friday and delivered on Monday all well packaged and sound. Will fit in the next few weeks, instructions look simple enough. Will definitely deal with again.

I asked if I could mix and match their sensors to one of their lower cost receivers. They checked and confirmed it would, but then prior to shipping they paired the items as well. Excellent!
