Prompt delivery and goods seem to be of good quality, although obviously made abroad (China?) as the instruction leaflets were not in fluent English. Only just purchased and installed the alarm, but happy so far.
Very navigable site. Service excellent. I inadvertently ordered a wrong fitting (my fault) and emailed them instantly. The order was changed without quibble and despatched very promptly with a cheery return message. Arrived on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Items were as expected and easy to install with clear instructions, the door contacts are not ideal for a caravan door with an insect mesh. We however are using one on an external hatch and plan to order more, otherwise all works and seems ok, only had it installed two days so time will tell.

Very good responsive alarm and pir with 100 desibal sound. Backup 4x aaa batteries fitted to unit in event of power failure. I purchased remote control for enable and disable alarm as i have main unit up very high. Overall a good buy and can recommend.
