The order made by phone to avoid mistakes! I received a kit that doesn't really match but I will make do, we had to contact you again for the assembly because the right manual was not in the pack. Otherwise, the person who helped us by phone was very competent and friendly, the delivery and follow-up by email were very good, I have a very small apartment with a mini entrance and the red siren you can't miss aesthetically is not great.
