It was complicated for me to remove the pin code from my SIM CARD because I did not have a phone accepting mini SIM cards. The market security people kindly offered to send it to them to do it themselves. Generally speaking, the market security people are excessively friendly, competent, and helpful. I recommend their equipment that I use for monitoring my elderly parents and which only costs me 2€/month.

Prompt delivery and goods seem to be of good quality, although obviously made abroad (China?) as the instruction leaflets were not in fluent English. Only just purchased and installed the alarm, but happy so far.
