Just received my second GSM battery alarm, first one still working faultlessly in a garage with no power, I bought a second one for our caravan, came next day,set up is very simple and video's on the website are very helpful. I recommend these guys and alarms to everyone.

I received my order well, but it could not be delivered to the relay point, you sent it to the post office in Frangy, while in Seyssel the post office is next to the relay point. And in Frangy, the post office did not know where my order was. After searching, they sent me to Carrefour in Frangy.. I think this situation could be easily avoided. Regards.
