I have made 2 enquirers about returning goods and have yet to receive an answer
I am sorry for your problem with communication, I have checked our emails and there is no history of these return requests, I have even checked Spam, I would really like to know how and when you tried contacting us, as we always answer emails when we see them.
Regarding the return, our website is very clear that you can return goods from 30 days of purchase if you change your mind, please return the goods to the address on the website or the top of your invoice with a covering note.
We look forward to your reply as to how you tried contacting us, because if there is a technical issue somewhere we want to repair it.
