The security light is a great buy
It's works well, but to took a little while to sort it all out, I still don't know how to use the shield button or what it does. An instruction sheet would be very useful. Please let me know what the instructions are for the shield button and what it does? Kind regards Ian

All quite good, but I had to call them and ask where my parcel was, and was told that they were waiting for an item to come in to complete the order, personally, I think that they had missed my order, because the next day, I was informed that it had been posted, so why did they not inform me that they were waiting for an item, and there would have been no need to contact them.

The stick on reflectors are very well made and made from good quality material yet cheap, the delivery was very quick. Had to get in touch with customer service as I wasn't sure if my payment went through, they replied straight away and very helpful
Years ago I bought a shed alarm from Ultrasecure but I lost the screw which holds the front and back of the alarm together. I asked them for a replacement and it was posted out over the bank holiday. Just before that I ordered an alarm for my caravan which came promptly, was easy to fit and works just fine. Since then I have ordered a second key fob for the caravan alarm which also came very quicky and was so easy to programme to the master unit. I have found the service and quality from this company absolutely wonderful, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs an alarm.

Excellent quality equipment at a good price. Would be nice to have a couple of weeks grace on delivery charges, if you find you need to add a small addition to your system after your first order of over £75. But other than that, all good. Cheers.

Prompt, efficient service
It doesn't connect to the phone, there is no voice prompt and no ding noises. It does not come with sufficient cable and no extention cable either. Total waste of money.
The UltraSecure site is easy to navigate, with a wide range of products available. I did phone the company before placing my order to discuss my specific requirements and the staff were very helpful. My order was delivered swiftly and in fact it arrived sooner than was expected.
Easy to order
Dealing with UltraSecure is fine but the standard of the product has fallen .It could be that this product is now produced by a different manufacturer and there is no quality control. I say this as the unit I have just purchased sounds like a cat being strangled .
