Ive dealt with ultra secure for a lot of years for security products and always found them to be spot on for delivery and after sales service advice .

I have a problem with the intercom from day one I have had lots of emails with the technical department and they can't resolve it and want me to return and pay for the return postage for test and possibly repaired the company will not supply a replacement

You made this so easy. The receiver was already set up to alert me. I just tied the eye part to a post and pointed it in the right direction. Customer services were really helpful regarding the width of the beam (20 degrees), so the cars in the Lane alongside the eye didn't set it off accidentally. Perfect, instant success. I've read the operation instructions cover to cover multiple times unless I've received a pup I can honestly say the security post locking arrangement must be the worst mechanical design possible. Absolutely frustrating and unworkable system possible nobody will ever convince me to recommend this security post.
