The site is good, customer service very available but the material is not always of great quality (durability)

Despite a problem with equipment that could not be adapted to my environment, I say bravo to the very competent technician who spent 2 hours with me on the phone to find a solution on PC, unfortunately without success and took back the material without any problem.

ULTRAPIR 3G alarm. Fabulous material, very simple to use and effective. 2 reservations: - works on batteries and does not work with 1.2 V rechargeable batteries. Mandatory use of 1.5 V AA alkaline batteries. - the outdoor siren does not charge well with its solar panel. The concept, however, is well studied and is to be recommended. Moreover, the staff at SECURITEMARCHE is absolutely charming and available for any telephone information.

Why the site? These are the products that interest me: Good alarm systems except that the double-sided tape doesn't work everywhere (not very smooth surface). Nothing beats screws. That's what I had to add while tinkering. It's cheap to add small holes to screw the elements. A magnet that falls because the double-sided tape doesn't do its job and it's an alarm that goes off! Come on! Shall we fix that?

Placed my order Saturday afternoon, delivered to my workplace Tuesday morning. You can't ask for better than that. Box was a bit dirty and battered, but wrapped well on the inside, so all good.

Alarm was set up for me and delivered promptly. All of my emails were answered in great time. Excellent service. One improvement I could suggest would be the instructions for the alarm. Even as a competent technology user I struggled initially to follow them.

An excellent service of a quality product.

The system is simple and functional, however the siren is not as powerful as described. One third of the batteries of the sensors were discharged causing false alarms upon activation. Check the proper charge of the batteries during installation and everything will be easier.
