Sorry for the inconvenience encountered. Despite the tests carried out before shipment, it is possible that a product is defective (it remains electronics) but of course under warranty and therefore the item will be replaced if necessary.
However, I assure you, it is much more often a simple installation problem that can potentially be resolved directly by phone.
I cannot find any exchange with our services to solve the problem (neither email nor call), have you tried to contact us? Obviously, without that, we cannot help you.
