Very pleased indeed! what a nice piece of security equipment this is & very neat I set it up in an hour and that includes the positioning of the PIR unit and door sensor and the keyfobs.. logging them was a breeze with the main computer host. and the set up with the phone alarm was brilliant! I can see if the alarm has went off from my mobile phone RECOMMENDED!!

Prior to ordering the product I reviewed on the website I sent an email to Ultrasecuredirect outlining my requirement, they responded by phoning me to discus and recommended the product I subsequently purchased. It arrived as specified and was easy to install. One of the mobiles I ordered had a fault I phoned Ultrasecure and within 24 hours they had sent a replacement. Impressed!!!

This is a very easy to use website with plenty of pictures so you can see what you are buying. Gold standard delivery. Alarm Panel configured ready for use. Extra instructions very useful. The panel is an excellent unit, very easy to programme and worked perfectly. I am using wireless vibration detectors, as well as wireless switch sensors. I would highly recommend this unit if you want a speedy and easy alarm set up.
Good alarm that is simple to use. I would have preferred a code type way of setting the alarm, compared to the key fob type that is supplied, but I knew this when purchasing.

The alarm package (alarm, PIR and access alarms) arrived quickly and well packaged. the instructions were clear, which enable a quick and effective installation. The alarm works well and provides the coverage and access monitoring that I required. Excellent product, so far; time will tell if it lasts as long as claimed.
