Alarm won't ring my phone
We are sorry you have experienced some issues with getting the phone calls working, this could be a few things including a SIM Card issue (have you activated the roaming sim card on the suppliers web site please), it could be the Phone Calls need turning ON (#8#), or SMS (#9#), have you tried programmed the telephone numbers using the Country Code (UK 0044, then dropping the (0). We assume you have a mobile phone signal in the location of the Alarm. Have you left the alarm for 30 seconds or more to see if it calls you, you can turn the Siren OFF (#7#) whilst doing this if you have it turned ON. If these do not help, please contact our technical staff by telephone or email who will get you going, their number is 01604 589414, option 1 or email [email protected]. Rest assured we will get you going, we have sold thousands of these Alarms in the UK & Europe. I hope this helps

Very pleased indeed! what a nice piece of security equipment this is & very neat I set it up in an hour and that includes the positioning of the PIR unit and door sensor and the keyfobs.. logging them was a breeze with the main computer host. and the set up with the phone alarm was brilliant! I can see if the alarm has went off from my mobile phone RECOMMENDED!!

Prior to ordering the product I reviewed on the website I sent an email to Ultrasecuredirect outlining my requirement, they responded by phoning me to discus and recommended the product I subsequently purchased. It arrived as specified and was easy to install. One of the mobiles I ordered had a fault I phoned Ultrasecure and within 24 hours they had sent a replacement. Impressed!!!
