I bought a simple alarm/door alert system. They are a great company, they take the time to test and set up the gear before sending it out. I bought another later for another of my properties from them.

Efficient delivery - important for security items needed quickly

I bought a stand-alone wireless room alarm along with an additional siren. The website was very easy to navigate, communication was simply first class and the product arrived in recored time. If all this was not good enough the alarm, siren and remote had all been pre-programmed and were immediately ready for use as soon as the supplied (yes, supplied!) batteries were installed. It was very easy to order from ultra secure. The item was dispatched quickly and delivery was no issue. Now looking around I could have saved a few pounds buying the items from different suppliers but I did not have the confidence that should I have an issue with the item that I would be able to get it sorted out. But with Ultra Secure I felt confident that if I had any issues setting the item up or after installation I would have been able to contact them and they would have been able to assist in getting it up and running, so the extra few pounds spent was well worth it for the after sales support.

Fast delivery good communication

Order arrived promptly but the batteries that should be included were not. I contacted Ultrasecure on th 23/01/18 who said they would look into this and get back to me the following day, so far i haven't heard anything from them now 30/01/18
