We often have small tips and tricks to provide to avoid this kind of triggers that are due to the installation environment. If this is not the cause, it may also be a material problem, which is obviously under warranty and therefore exchangeable.

I bought this product because I was confirmed by email that it could be powered by a transformer on 220V. When I received it, I noticed, as did your technician, that this was not possible. Nothing to report for the rest.
