Electronic lock and wireless key pad came very securely packed. Lock and keypad were wired together and the key pad paired to the handset. Excellent to see that the setup had already been done and their own instructions supplied and they had not just sold two separate products as a kit. works exactly as stated and I would defiantly use again. Tiny - niggle - didn't know they were wired together so bit of a surprise to pull one box out and find the other hanging from it!

It would be good to clarify exactly what item does what as several appear at first glance to do the same thing. Maybe have a chart comparing the options and capabilities of each device

Simplicity itself to place the order on line and the order was delivered very quickly and exactly as required.
Ultra secure have just fitted dead locks to my van side door and rear barn doors, they were easy to get hold of they never tried to sell me anything i never asked for (unlike others i spoke to) the pricing was explained clearly and concisely, they also explained that they would take a 50% deposit on order and only after the successful completion of the work would they take the remainder of the money for the order the installer came to the construction site where i was working and fitted the locks on the side of the road there and then he arrived promptly at the arranged time and acted professionally the whole time whilst he was there a colleague working on the site with me was so impressed that he placed an order there and then over the phone with the office. i have been highly impressed with the service i received from them both over the phone and in person with the fitter of the day thank you ultra secure for all your assistance
