Good quality equipment, except for the batteries of the magnetic contacts which are dead!! Had to change 2 out of 3 batteries on purchased detectors, too bad! Fast delivery and competent assistance, good, may be recommended

This is absolutely not normal. We do try to take all necessary precautions, but unfortunately sometimes the factory batteries included in certain products are poorly insulated and arrive already empty.
I will ask the workshop to contact you to organize what is necessary.

A defective product can exist, it happens, but I assure you, the warranty is there for that. However, it is often the installation that is not ideal and the solution lies at that level. We are here to help you improve the installation.
The first and simplest test is as follows: remove the detector that triggers, place it in a drawer or a completely insulated closed cupboard, and leave it for the time you would have had a trigger. If you still experience triggers, the detector has a defect. Contact us to proceed with an exchange.
Otherwise, it is simply the location where it is installed that is problematic. Avoid any heat source that may trigger it. Do not hesitate to send us photos from all angles so we can guide you.

Hello, nothing to complain about the services of the site and the delivery, however very disappointed with the fragility of the delivered arch (the sliding tube inside bent at the first wheel passage) no longer slides. To be disassembled to straighten, see to reinforce.
