Order well packaged and delivered on time. No issues with the service. However, the material was of mediocre quality for the price. I should have suspected it when reading the description but 80€ for equipment that should be worth 10€ max in bulk, it's a bit expensive for storage.
Sorry that this is your feeling, we are always disappointed when a customer is not satisfied.
Please know that these devices sell by the thousands all over Europe and on the contrary, they bring full satisfaction. I think it is even the number 1 product in our catalog.

Last point and not the least: to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, we offer a 30-day return and refund period for any product that does not please. Hard to do better than that.
Furthermore, I want to clarify that yes we are a commercial company and need to make a living, but we do not sell products at a multiple of 8, that would be absurd.

Fantastic pre-sales support - quick to answer phone and knowledgable staff answered my questions and helped me select the right item. Delivery was quick. Packaging was good although two of the inner boxes looked like they have been knocked in the warehouse and were slightly damaged.. however the devices themselves were intact and without fault/damage. The product itself was perfect. Extremely easy to install with basic DIY skills. Wireless range was as described and worked well through multiple brick walls - something that did concern me, but wasn't a problem. Device is extremely easy to use - taught my folks how to use it in less than 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for any more. Love how the device is modular - allowing me to expand it over time. Hello, Please excuse us for this inconvenience. This is very surprising because this alarm does sound very loud. I wonder if yours has a design problem then? If not and it is just a simple volume issue, please know that you can, at a low cost, add additional sirens to your kit. The whole will work with the same remote control. The product is suitable but, you never know if the alarm is activated or passive. One time out of two, thinking I activated it before closing the door, I realize during the next visit that the alarm does not trigger
