I had a problem with a newly purchased security camera. It now transpires it is a problem with my Android phone and not the camrea at all. Ultrasecure sent a video to help me set the camera up but with the phone problem they offered a full refund. They cannot be faulted both in personal contact or service. Roy.
Purchased a Protect 800 after first speaking to a a very helpful & knowledgeable member of staff. Arrived the next day with easy to understand instructions & was installed & working the following day with better than expected results & particularly liked the fact you can put batteries in the receiver & walk around to make any adjustments
