Awesome little alarm and great comms
Very good. However the currier let them down, 4 time slots given and never turned up, rang and complained and the goods were delivered next morning.
Thank you for the review, sorry for the problems with the delivery. We have made enquires with UK Mail who were the courier, and it appears they had a Vehicle Breakdown on this particular day which obviously created all types of problems. We do use two couriers plus the Royal Mail for our deliveries allowing us to compare the services our customers get, and although all three are very good for most deliveries, they do all have occasional problems which is unfortunately out of our hands, and no one service is any better than the other to be honest.
I hope this will not stop you using Ultra Secure in the future.

Items all arrived quickly. The wireless alarm system appears to operate okay but the wireless keypad and the key fob do not always operate first time and require numerous attempts to either arm or disarm the system. I knew beforehand that this may occur.

Alarm is fantastic and works great. Bracket was extremely flimsy and not fit for purpose.
Not used the item itself as of yet, so cannot say how that compares, but the delivery was fairly good and as expected, but the delivery man was not very talkative but not a problem with the seller at all.
