Easy to install, withstands falls
I was very satisfied with my order at SECURITEMARCHE. First of all, I had purchased an alarm that was supposed to work with my orange box but unfortunately the alarm did not work with this particular type of box. SECURITEMARCHE offered to return it and suggested a model that works with a SIM card. After installation, the alarm works perfectly and meets my primary need which was to have the ability to trigger an alert in case of difficulty for an elderly person. I would like to highlight the kindness, competence, and seriousness of the various interlocutors who helped me solve my problem at the best cost. I received my order quickly and proceeded with the installation without difficulties, thanks to the easy-to-understand instructions and moreover the remote controls were delivered already programmed...simple therefore! I plan to extend my installation to other annexes of my house with this French brand made in France...a plus for any potential assistance needs..!
