Very good & easy to use, ordered security alarm for my caravan which was easy to set up. I got in touch with firm with one or two queries quick & clear response given.

Would have given 5 stars because excellent help on the online chat and quick turnaround. Good prices too. Unfortunately have to pay for the return of a faulty item!

The UltraSecure website was easy to navigate, and the products clearly described. I found what I was looking for with very little trouble. The ordering process was easy and uncomplicated. Communication was good, and I was kept updated as to when to expect my goods. I was given a one hour delivery slot, which allowed me to plan the rest of my day. Despatch was extremely quick, with the goods, ordered before midday, arriving on the following day. The quality of the security products is high, and I shall recommend the site to my friends.

Well packaged well presented prompt delivery - manufactures videos are a tad diy but the product is close to perfect instructions were very well presented build quality is very robust compared with big name alarms highly impressed with the system we have - purchased as a stand alone system for our company vans dial out function was exactly what we needed and in the current climate the company could well be on to a winner with a vehicle adaption of the kit ! 10/10
