A very good services and I have no hesitation in recommending ultra secure direct.
Well laid out web site, clear and easy to use. Placed an order and it arrived in a couple of days, well packed and clearly labeled. I haven't fitted the product yet but the installation instructions seem clear. There was an issue with the padlock provided so I left a message on their chat line and voicemail and someone rang me back later. Turns out it was an incorrect size padlock, apologies made and accepted, another one was quickly sent to me. Good service. Thank you
Extremely happy with the product. My only comment would be that the instructions need to be a little simpler (eg you must register the sim card before it will call you) for idiots!

Bought 2500 with one detector several years ago still working well, added second detector and now added two more. As our drive has Cornish hedges both sides I stuck camo tape around the first one it blends into the hedge but still works brilliantly. Great security around our farm yard and several hundred meters up the drive. John
