Website OK but postage for small parts way too high
Thankyou for your review, we do offer Free Postage on all orders over £75, and charge £4.95 for orders under this, we accept that some deliveries will actually cost us over £6 and some £3, but due to automation on the web site we set the figure down the middle. I am sorry we do not have the infrastructure to charge different rates at the moment.
This is the second time we have purchased from Ultra Secure over the years and we are not disappointed

The equipment supplied is very good, My windows and doors do not fit flush with the surrounds and on querying how to fit the door and window sensors was told to fit a spacer, which would be ok if you supplied the spacers.
