Order placed on November 14, package available at the relay point on November 26. That's long! However, the wireless doorbell purchased works perfectly and the transmitters seem particularly well protected against humidity. It is possible to place the transmitters away from humidity (in the mailbox for example) and use a remote wired push button (I did it and it works perfectly). The announced range of 700 m in free field seems real.
I fear there has been confusion.
Your order, placed on Saturday 19/11 at 14:07, was shipped on Monday 21/11. Delivery to the relay point the next day, Tuesday 22/11 at 11:57, package that you picked up at 15:11 the same day.
The rest of your comment fits well with the product purchased, so I think you know well which order it is, but perhaps a small misunderstanding regarding the dates and another order you may have placed online?

Indeed, you can add several sirens if necessary. This will amplify the sound, and there is never a limit to effectively scare a thief.

The service is absolutely impeccable, the material sold, however, is of very poor quality. Bought in China at a fraction of the resale price in France, it's a good deal but customers do not get their money's worth!
I am somewhat surprised by your comment.
We did indeed have an issue with one of your products (this happens, whatever the brand, price, quality), which we replaced immediately before any return from you. A return that has never occurred on your part and that we cannot even claim from the supplier for warranty. A dry loss therefore (and who finances this according to you?).
However, this range is very, very appreciated by our customers, who only praise it for its quality AND prices.
We have not heard of any issue with the replacement material, so I deduce that its operation was correct.
Regarding your misplaced comment 'Bought in China at a fraction of the resale price in France, it's a good deal': yes, we are a commercial company, yes we need to make a margin. Why? Because we are a French company, we have to pay charges, salaries, taxes, VAT, import taxes, etc. etc. Do you really think all this is free?
Add that our customer service is WITHOUT fees, WITHOUT surcharges.
We do not practice exaggerated margins, I think our catalog is displayed at reasonable prices. Especially for the quality of service offered behind it. This is in any case the comment we generally receive.
You will excuse us for the inconvenience suffered, but I do not think you have been particularly wronged in this specific case.

I received my order from ultrasecuredirect quickly but there was a fault on the item so after speaking to ultrasecuredirect on the telephone was told to return it and posted it back to them on 20th December. The company received my returned item after the Christmas break on 28th December and I received a replacement item all set up for use on 5th January - excellent customer service. i would recommend this company.
I had excellent service from the website. after placing my order I received a phone call about the key I had ordered and was told that the key would not fit the security post. the even allowed me to change my order and remove the key. I thought this was brilliant.
We purchased a wireless door bell/alarm transmitter and 2 receivers: It took quite a bit of time to set up the unites because the instructions included in the boxes were NOT for the versions of the items we purchased. Eventually we figured out how to make them work, but we are greatly limited as to the available options, not having the ability to encode the system according to the directions supplied.
Thank you for the review, we do send these products out already programmed therefore they should work out of the box, I am sorry if you didn't experience this, I am not sure what went wrong here.
You can change the dip-switches inside the Receivers and Transmitter giving you approximately 250 combinations for the Wireless signal, and you have 4 different channels to transmit back to the Receivers, you select the 4 channels by moving dip-switches 9 + 10 inside the Transmitter.
