5 stars for the site's responsiveness, but 1 star for the received merchandise, as for me, I ordered an outdoor passage detection system, I received a simple indoor beep, equipped with a soft plastic cover to slide over the indoor radar and which is supposed to seal it (it doesn't work!!!!)

PIR works on the dummy dome camera but the focus doesn't appear to work. It does the job and looks good.

Came fast and all preset up for me. Just screwed everything in place and registered the SIM and all good. Checked the SIM worked by making an SOS command on the key fob, yet to find out if the alarm works but hopefully won't need it!
Item as described and delivery good. All required instructions enclosed and extremely detailed. Would not hesitate to use UltraSecure direct again in the future should the need arise.
