Very happy with the retractable bollards. Very disappointed with the provided padlocks which appear to be the cheapest on the market, about £5 from Amazon. Already struggling with one of them and have purchased better quality.
Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Dear Brian,
Thank you for your feedback and for rating us 4 out of 5. We’re glad to hear that you are pleased with the retractable bollards. However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the padlocks. Your comments are valuable, and we will review our product offerings to ensure higher quality standards. Good looking and practical posts.
Expect a few more orders as all the neighbours are asking where I got them from.

The on line ordering process was was quick and easy. The bollard arrived well packed and on time. Have since ordered and received a second bollard with the same level of satisfaction. I am now a very happy customer which I don't say very often. Well done Ultra.

Excellent. Arrived the next day and all set up and programmed. Very helpful. .....I've used these guys twice and would immediately do so again if needed. If you decide you want to install an alarm you kinda want to have something arrive asap that works and it worked for me!
