Good service. Had a quick.online chat before ordering to make sure the wireless alarm system I was interested in would have enough range. Delivered on time. System operates as described on the website and so far happy. XL system was easy to fit - it's very straight forward to pair sensors with the receiver. Sensors and situated 40m away and are picked up by the receiver without a problem. Early days, but happy with everything so far.

Indeed, we have already exchanged on this matter, and everything seemed to be in order with the received products. We are obviously at your disposal if something was wrong.
We always strive to ensure that packages are received in good condition and sealed (I think the different layers of tape attest to that), but sometimes during the long journey, damage can occur. However, as you have seen, we protect the contents very well (polystyrene, etc.) to ensure proper functioning upon receipt. In the case where we take responsibility, we replace what is necessary.
I hope that at the product and usage level, everything is going well.
