Website: First thing to know is about putting a tailored package together. I chose to use the website for this. The thing to note is choose and alarm and put it in your basket and then you will get to see all the options - it's far quicker than trying to hunt around for them. Product: Be aware when an alarm signal strength says line of site it means it. I bought the Sky Link system and the signal was just not strong enough to travel through the wooden shed across 20 meters of land and into the house. Service: Buying the wrong alarm was not a problem though. The company really does have an alarm for all situations, as i found out when I rang them. Hindsight being a wonderful thing I should have phoned the service line at the outset - the company clearly values old fashioned human support. I spoke to Luke who deserves a name check for being so helpful. Having discussed the signal issue I left it with Luke who called back five minutes later having matched up a different system to my requirements, which came out at just a few £s more. In fact the Red Shield Security alarm I received has more functions and comes standard with more items like an outside bell and the 150/200 meter signal strength did the job. I could have sent the original back and then received the second system, but I chose to purchase the second system there and then and opt for a refund on the first system. The company arranged to deliver the second system and collect the first one at the same time and a week later I received notification of a refund. Conclusion: Honestly I can't fault ultrasecuredirect, I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time and I recommend the company without hesitation. I'm not sure I'll ever need another alarm - , but if I do I know where I will be spending my money and I'll be calling them first this time.

Delivery: perfect. Use: I only received the manual in French a week later, too bad. Material: I tried it in the configuration I wanted and it didn't work (use at 30 meters with a separating wall), so I have to revise my copy.
