French reseller who understood the importance of telephone support for the distribution of its products (No 'impossible to reach' hotline and no premium rate number like so many others ...!!!...). After 3 phone calls for information with competent staff who take their time for explanations, I decided to buy an alarm system from them. Package received express (fixed telephone transmitter central, battery siren, indoor motion detectors, and remote control). Installation very easy (as the equipment was configured by their technicians before sending the package) and the system is quite simple to use as long as you read the user manual carefully (in French). The only complaint I could make would be precisely this user manual which is written very small. I had to enlarge it at the photocopier to read it more comfortably. But at least they had the good idea and took the time to translate the product notice into English (which is also delivered). Regarding the alarm system, I especially like: 1) the ability to control it with a simple remote control with only 4 buttons. I specify that we also have the option to choose the mode directly on the fixed central. 2) the power of the sirens. When a detector is triggered, the central sounds loudly (emitting red flashes) as well as the battery siren (in the shape of a large red shield ... which emits blue light flashes). When both start to scream, it pierces your eardrums ... And if someone wants to tear the central or the battery siren off the wall, everything also triggers. 3) the ability to be alerted of the system's triggering in case of absence by phone call on my smartphone. I will therefore continue with SecuriteMarche.fr to improve my installation.
Well actually the items do not work correctly but I am receiving good service and all will be resolved.
