The delivery was very long. products low quality.
There is no reason for you to be dissatisfied with our products:
1/ We are here to listen to you and help you with the use and installation of your equipment, and this via a non-premium number. You used it before the sale, why didn't you do it afterwards?
2/ We offer a 30-day return period for a refund, it's your guarantee of satisfaction. You just need to return your order to us, we will refund you, it's that simple.
Regarding the delivery time:
- you ordered on Wednesday, October 5th in the afternoon
- your order was prepared and shipped the next day, Thursday 6th
- your order arrived at the pickup point 48 working hours later (on Monday, there is no delivery on weekends)
So a delivery in 24/72h as stated on our site, we really can't do faster than that. Unless you want to incur exorbitant express delivery fees from UPS or others... As a reminder, the shipping costs for your order amount to... 0.
However, a small note: you only picked up the package on Wednesday the 12th, so it couldn't have been that urgent!
Please know that we work daily to satisfy our customers (97% of them are), but sometimes the demands of these customers are unfortunately much too high.

My order for replacing a damaged item bought from Ultra Secure about 4 years ago was efficiently & quickly handled.
Only problem was two of the batteries they sent were flat and one of the key fobs does not work despite following the instructions
I am sorry you had some problems, we do test most products (where practical) before despatch, it is very unusual to have 2 flat batteries and a suspect remote control, please contact our customer service on 01604 589414, option 2 where we can resolve the problem, or email us your contact number and we can give you a call.

I have had 2 previous items 1 for my garage 1 for my caravan and they have been fantastic. My son lives in a rented flat and got broken into the owner was ant forth coming about a proper house alarm so i suggested ultra Secure alarm same as i have in the caravan and garage as there in only one point of access and its upstairs. I got one for him and he is over the moon and says it is very loud and he is very pleased with it. It is certainly good enough to do the job

Very quick service, I received my goods the day after ordering. Efficient delivery, communicated by text allowing for suitable time and day. Dummy cameras I bought were too small in reality so ensure you check sizes on website.

Very helpful though promised me a discount but didn't answer my emails of how to claim for it when I ordered on line. Not a big deal as it would have only saved me a little but you shouldnt offer something and not provide it.

We do try to reply to every email, but obviously emails can sometimes get lost even though we do use Google Email Servers to try and get the most reliable service.
