After explicit information, I ordered, received quickly, installed in less than 5 minutes, very good careful packaging. Works very well despite the distance between the transmitter and receiver, it's clear and neat. Happy with my purchase. By the way, I bought another product.
This dummy box was actually to replace a corroded working box. I picked it for it's depth allowing me to fit the existing alarm siren. An added bonus is the flashing led ( battery driven ). It did the trick and I may even purchase two more to cover rest of the house.

Excellent fast service
Works very well. Just the walkie-talkie mode is very confusing for an elderly person, as the handset looks like a mobile phone with two buttons (pick up/hang up). You have to pick up and then press the side button to talk. Not intuitive for an elderly person (not full duplex communication).
Studied the website but had a few queries about fixing , gave them a call and a gentleman gave me the pros and cons of different methods and reasons for each. Sound and helpful information from a true professional. Fast delivery as promised , packaged well , product as described and of good quality. Would highly recommend.
