Clear and comprehensive product information on the website made it easy to select the products I needed, and customer service answered additional questions that I had. The installation and set-up videos online were also very helpful. The order process was a breeze and the order arrived promptly, was well packaged and in good condition. The various components appear to have already been synced which made things even easier to set up. All in all I am very pleased with the service from Ultrasecuredirectt and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Good product and easy to install. The instruction manual lists all the options but doesn't tell you what they actually do in some cases. Most is fairly obvious but this could be improved.

Very good, comprehensive web-site. As you obviously deal with your products every day, you know how they work / operate. I don't think your staff realise that some of us don't know or understand how transmitters, receivers & the like actually work. Perhaps your website could enlighten us better.

Pre sales help was good. Not brilliant but informative enough to warrant a purchase. They also did extra work on my purchase which saved us a bit of time. Definitely did not expect them to do that. They also added a little extra to the package which was nice of them also.
