Fast and efficient
Found UltraSecure direct website via a Google search for PIR sensors. I found it extremely easy to navigate to the section I wanted and the descriptions are clear and easy to understand. I spent some time looking through the various sections and reading the detailed information on several specific items, which was extremely helpful and covered all the information I wanted to know when making my decision on which system was suited to my needs. I orderd x2 PIR motion sensors with indoor alarm, remote control and x2 vibration sensors for shed. Ordering and paying was a quick and simple process. My items arrived within 2 day's by courier and were very well packaged. We set up the PIR's & indoor alarm system without any problems, the manual is quite easy to understand. We then moved on to the vibration sensors, one on the shed door, one on the window, the door one paired with the system instantly, however we could not get the one on the window to work at all. Finally we concluded it must be faulty so I sent an email to UltraSecure direct asking what their procedure was for replacing what seemed to be a faulty unit. I received a reply within a couple of hours apologising for the inconvenience and informing me a replacement would be sent out asap. It arrived the next day. The replacement Vibration sensor was duly fitted and paired with the alarm instantly. I am very impressed with this company and their after sales service is outstanding, I will certainly be making further purchases from them in the near future and have no hesitation in recommending UltraSecure direct to anyone who is looking for quality security & safety products from a company they can trust.

This is a well engineered unit that was well packaged and delivered promptly. The ground unit is galvanised (not just zinc plated) and allows for water to drain through the bottom. The pole has a tough black plastic coating and the whole unit feels robust. Being nit-picky, I would have preferred the option to have a higher visibility coloured pole (eg yellow or black/yellow stripe) but this would not stop me buying again.

Everyone has commented on how wonderful my wireless intercom ( which can be battery operated ) is and most are delivery drivers who see a lot of them.
