Not good at all hardly get signal one min it comes on next time blank screen or wrong address would not recommend biketrac very poor product

1. The Good Bits - a, Very good all-round quality b, Delivery excellent c. I went for the 20m PIR cameras in general the are very good and do what it says on the tin d. The helpline is very good I used the e mail one. 2. The not so good bits - b. The instructions are not always clear in particular to a guy like me who in not technical minded, but also in some cases are in pigeon English I guess Chinese. as a consequence it took me longer to set up, had to try lots of options before I got to the system I have today. 3. The PIR sensor sees more than the camera shows as a consequence I have lots of recordings on the camera that I have on the fence line with the next door neighbour which bear no resemblance of what I'm seeing, and also have lots of unnecessary recordings ( I think the PIR sensors foliage) may be wrong. 4. Because of this I have decided not to install the remote monitoring as I would never be off the phone. 3. Overall Still very satisfied with the system but have decided to stick with the two cameras for now until I get more familiar with the system and the technical jargon in the manual in trying to decipher some of the terminology. I would recommend this system to anyone who is technically minded or who is very patient, I would also recommend to the supplier/manufacturer to provide a more user friendly manual. I will be touching base with your helpline in the near future to try and iron out some of the issues I have. Best Regards Jim
