Very good service. Bought a garage alarm from them and it have already been configured so it was just a matter of fitting.
Delivery compliant and within the deadlines, just a downside regarding the manual which poses some difficulties for the adjustment of the intercom and its start-up, the explanation and description could be improved.
Only bought a SIM card , but spoke to them first and pleased to say very quick to answer and very helpful. I will definitely use them again. BUT £4.95 postage tor a SIM card !!!!!!!!!!!

Website has some overwrite issues on an iPad. Given how expensive the items are (for a doorbell) would have appreciated some telephone feedback (I know you are busy but may now not recommend). The support pre buying was very good.
