Very helpful company to deal with. CCTV system arrived quickly, and very well packaged. Unfortunately it has turned out to be unsuitable for our needs, so I have packaged it similarly and returned it. Hopefully the refund will be made quickly! No technical fault with system - it doesn't work quite as described.

For this 3rd order, I take away one star for the error on the received content. However, the error was quickly corrected the next day. Delivery is still fast and customer service is reactive. An area for improvement would be to have the documentation in French with good quality photocopies. The material, a smart alarm, conforms to the description and works correctly.
