I received the alarm quickly unfortunately I am used to a fob alarm that informs you when it is armed and unarmed when the fob is pressed, so the alarm system was not suitable for my particular requirements. I informed them by telephone and it was agreed that I could return the alarm and they would refund my money minus the postage. They have refunded my money and it is my opinion that you can shop with this company without any worries.
