Delivery a bit longer than usual. Easy to use site but a bit too many references for apparently identical products?. Remote controls rather fragile.
Everything was perfect, from the order to the delivery as well as your technical advice during installation. Too bad that for the transmitter you can't put a nano chip, as all current phones are equipped with it.

For the ordering and delivery part: nothing to say. For the ordered item, namely a senior watch, I am more mixed because it does not hold the battery, it was flashing all day very brightly. Following your recommendations, it no longer flashes at all. But it's still very average.
