This is my second alarm from Ultra secure Direct. I expanded the first with an interior siren and second door sensor used across 2 sheds 100ft from my property. I have a SIM card fitted to call me if an alarm goes off. In the 5 years I've had it it has been completely reliable, only needing to change the main unit batteries once a year. Absolutely can't fault the product. The second alarm is a gift for someone who needs a reliable alarm for an outbuilding.

I had to replace my receiver after four years as it lost sound, the replacement was there on line, arrived in a few days and now working well. The instructions for the receiver and the sensor are a bit of a muddle and not so easy to follow, but got there in the end.

The device is well made, seems robust. It triggers between 9 and 10 meters but the sound of the siren certainly does not reach the announced level. Its main interest lies in the extension of the alarm but it is necessarily exposed to remain effective which makes it vulnerable to destruction. In summary, a useful purchase as an accessory.
