I was looking for an alarm for a stable door, but could not work out what I wanted, so I called UltraSecureDirect. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful, guiding me to an alarm and talking me through it. He answered all my questions and was very patient ad knowledgeable. It was then very easy to order and arrived very quickly and well packed.

I purchased the Gewa round back mandolin case online. Gewa were the only makers of a suitable case for a Neapolitan mandolin and I want to protect my 125 year old beautiful mandolin. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the case. Two hinges and three clasps, one with a lock, and the interior is nicely padded. At this price point you just have to buy it if you want to protect your delicate Neapolitan mandolin. I am really pleased with the case and I highly recommend it.
Poor design and very dangerous. (Two cycle storage rack). As you take one bike out it just tips over. Box shows wall mounting this would be ok but it also shows loose floor application. IT MUST BE BOLTED DOWN FOR SAFETY this is not warned about.

All seems to work ok, good e mail communication. Only 4 stars due to the horrendous foam chip packaging that blew all over the place.. come on ultrasecure get in the modern world and ditch the plastics.
