Does the job perfectly. Ultra Secure had already paired the sender, siren and remote which was really helpful and it was fitted and ready to go in a couple of minutes.
They replied quickly to my emailed questions, them items arrived next day.
Easy navigation of site to find the product ordered. Good communication from Ultrasecuredirect to keep me updated on progress of order. Prompt delivery of product which was received in good order.
Navigation on site was easy and the packaging and delivery very good. Setting up the 'sensor' and 'receiver' was straightforward. 2 problems: I ordered 2 sets of the system - with one set the receiver occasionally alarms but there is no one and nothing to be seen near the 'sensor'. I suspect it may be set off by birds and I have moved the location of the sensor. With both sets the volume of the receiver, though turned to full, cannot be heard if there is some background noise. Apart from these I am quite pleased with the product.
The operation is very random!! Very often, I do not see any external camera, sometimes only 1 (out of 2), rarely both at the same time. However, the Ultracam control box (visible from the cameras and 15m away from them, without obstacles) is located on the roof for better reception of the 4G antenna (located 1000m away). Disappointing!
Hello, I bought this equipment for my daughter who raises Spanish horses and foals, which requires 24/7 monitoring. After trying other systems that my daughter was not satisfied with for various reasons (installation complications, reliability not up to par, expensive cost for a meager result....), I started searching online for manufacturers of camera systems and discovered your site, which already appeared serious to me given the precise descriptions and easy consultation. I therefore ordered a camera with a little apprehension, I must say, about the quality of the equipment, and to my great surprise upon receiving this equipment, I was more than surprised by the quality of the manufacturing of the said equipment, on which there was nothing to say, especially considering the price. Moreover, when I went with my daughter to Orange to get a 4G chip and showed the equipment to the person in charge of video surveillance systems, he told me he had never seen equipment of this quality in this price range. And I can affirm that the reliability is there because for almost a year of installation (in various places) and use, my daughter is delighted with this equipment that she uses daily. I absolutely do not regret my purchase. I have also talked about it with the company Verisure that manages my home alarm, which unfortunately does not currently offer video surveillance systems (for individuals) that can be managed like your cameras.
