GSM silent alarm , from ordering item to delivery then set up to secure my out building probably 48 hrs , say no more , swift service ??????????

Very fair prices, super quick delivery and all items as described but packaging contained a lot of non-recylcable polystyrene chips, so only 4 stars, not 5.

It's difficult to decide which system to go for as the choice can be overwhelming, but when receiving my order, I was very satisfied with it and despite having some queries, the technical support line was very helpful in resolving them. If I had any criticism, it would refer to the User Manual, where I, as a complete CCTV novice, would prefer to have an explanation what a Load Default or Scan Mode Period is

Somewhat pricey for what it is. Resisted paying £5 for a cctv sticker as that is just extortionate.

I recently purchased a panic button alarm KP9 GSM product from Ultra Secure. I am very happy with the product and customer service.

A query was answered via email on a sunday afternoon, and a further query promptly answered using the techline. Excellent.

Arrived on time and was bigger and heavier than I expected so well pleased

Delivery was very prompt. Save for the fact necessary batteries were missing (those batteries sent the following day after I informed Ultra Secure of same) the product was easy to programme and install and so far is working well. Though I DO NOT accept General Terms and Conditions of Verified Reviews - whatever and whoever they are.

Ordering was straightforward, the delivery was prompt and, so far, the long range bell is working fine. But the instructions were woeful and the description of the receiver unit on the web-site was rather sketchy, so it is less capable than I had assumed. Subsequent email service to provide instructions was good but they should have been come with the product.

Product was exactly what we needed and as described. It was good value and arrived promptly. Great service.
