Quality product speedy delivery

Easy to find what I wanted on the website and delivery arrived within the timeframe promised. I had to contact the company with a question and they were prompt in replying and helpful.

More money than I thought but f/class c/Service

The product is very badly made. The fixing bracket just broke. On the recent purchase of the GDM Alarm, I am very unhappy with the 'manual'. The Website quotes that a CD Rom with the manual is part of the order. No such thing existed. A printed manual was part of the order but the manual is appalling. A very poor translation of Chinese, much of which doesn't make sense, hopeless illlustrations and when I queried one point I was told the manual supplied WAS OUT OF DATE! (I have the record of the email response!) A hugely poor service; might be a useful product if you could make sense of it. Be very careful.

Great service. No problems whatsoever

I bought an Ultralarm 3G with water sensors after having had a water leak that nearly flooded our downstairs. It is a well build piece of kit, easy to install and set up. Very load alarm so there is no chance of sleeping while the house is flooding. Really helpful technical support as well. Very pleased and would recommend the company and the Ultralarm.

Ordered a security post and extra base both came next day. Cannot fault the service or the quality of the company. I would definitely recommend ultra secure to friends and family if they needed any security devices.

Arrived promptly mostly set up, added phone number with help of utube hope it lasts as long as previous alarm which was built privately ( over 10 years ) as nothing which rang you and not just text was available. With a siren to take attention from PIR it should work well thank five stars all round

The staff in this company are extremely helpful and knowlegable about their products. Delivery is very efficient. I bought a Red Shield system from them. The house we recently bought was burgled while we were sunning ourselves in Tenerife. There was a burglar alarm system but it was old and did not work. So I set about looking for a new system. However every system I looked at only alarmed once the robbers had broken in? That was no good to me because by now the damage would be done, the French windows smashed, the house open to the elements untill we return. Tha'ts when I got on to Red Shield with it's outdoor sensors. I mounted one sensor to cover the French winows and one to cover the other back door and security light and since the system is wireless i'ts ideal, no need to run cables. We can now feel secure relaxing in the Canaries.

Website/ordering process very simple. Order arrived promptly and intact. I purchased the unit with large red/green lights on front and back. When it arrived the red/green lights on the back were wiring the wrong way round (red light on rear when green light on front). Not a big issue, took 20 mins to dismantle and switch the colour lenses over. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
