Customer reviews of Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)

Excellent service.

I had bought an intercom, external aerial and call unit from them before. Upon needing a second caller handset, I couldn't find it on their web-site, so I rang them and was directed to the correct unit immediately, which arrived the following day. Great service.

Love the product and they seem to work and delivered quickly as well

Poor and misleading product installation instructions for Ultrasecure 800 Long Range Gate Bell. However, telephone query to sort issue out.

Excellent service and quality product.

very efficient in dealing with my request and supplying my new battery

Rrasonable

My items were out of stock but I was contacted and offered alternatives at the same price. Arrived the next day. Great service.

I originally bought a BT PIR & Remote Control Alarm System (Non-GSM) with a remote alarm and external solar alarm for my shed 3 years ago. after the annual battery change the PIR refused to set, it paired with the remote but would not switch on or off. I ordered a replacement item which was delivered to a UK address in very quick time. I have yet to install the replacement as I live in Italy and have yet to receive it from my intermediary.
I do like the products, the alarms are easy to install, loud and, up until recently, all parts have functioned correctly when required.
My only criticism are the costs on the EU site, these are disproportionately high, considering the recent exchange rates, and the postage and packaging charges are excessively high.

Equipment of good quality, well packaged and accompanied by clear instructions. Currently working well.

Everything was good

Excellent as always!

Great service, fast delivery. Technical assistance buy phone or email. Have used a couple times. Recommended.

Great product from a professional and helpful company.Always on hand to provide help and advice throughout their range of security and safety equipment.

I contacted the technical support team for some advice before deciding to purchase. They were very helpful and friendly with excellent product knowledge and advice. My order arrived really quickly, 100% satisfaction couldn't ask for any more.

Absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. Now feel more secure.
Will be ordering again in the future.
Many thanks

Product a bit flaky, I feel like it may worth replacing with an alarm from an established home security firm once possible . Messaged support to ask about an issue and they never came back. Alarm seems to work for now, but not inspiring too much confidence.

EXCELLENT

Excellent service again!

Shed alarm arrived on time and complete (nothing obviously missing) Waiting to install

Brilliant service and good products. If they prove reliable - and hopefully they will given the 2 year guarantee - I would increase that to excellent products.

Great item

Products arrived very promptly and are exactly as described. Dummy cameras which look authentic at a great price.
